A wine cellar showcase designed for high-end hospitality
The cellar is designed as a traversing space, visible from the restaurant, allowing customers to discover the bottles while preserving optimal storage conditions.
The display shelves facing the restaurant reinforce the link between the cellar and the gastronomic experience, while the private lockers offer a dedicated space for privileged clients.
Custom layout and selected materials
The whole is articulated around a glass facade in solid brass, associated with a layout in matte light oak veneer. These material choices ensure a warm and elegant reading, suited to the hotel environment.
Decorative niches are integrated for merchandising, while the custom shelves allow for the storage of standard bottles, magnums, and wine cases.
An integrated tasting space at the heart of the cellar
A central signature niche Maison Borio structures the space and houses a tasting island in natural stone, refrigerated for temporary storage of opened bottles.
This island becomes a true meeting point, designed for private tastings and exchanges between clients and hotel teams.
Professional functionality and service organization
A storage unit dedicated to the staff is integrated into the layout to facilitate the daily operation of the cellar, without interfering with the client experience.
The entire installation relies on a custom cold system, designed to ensure perfect temperature stability and optimal wine preservation.
Lighting scenography and showcasing of collections
The lighting scenography has been designed to enhance the bottles without altering their preservation, by playing on indirect and controlled lighting.
This approach strengthens the immersive dimension of the wine cellar, making this space a strong element of the venue's identity, faithful to the Maison Borio know-how.
