OUR Story
The Maison Borio finds its roots in the heart of a family-owned vineyard nestled in the Corbières, a dry land shaped by the vine and the sun. It is in this landscape where nature imposes its strength and beauty that we draw our inspiration.
The borios – these dry-stone shelters built long ago by shepherds to protect themselves from the sweltering heat – gave birth to our name and our identity.
Like these timeless refuges, our cellars are designed as protective cases, offering the wines a safe haven against time and the elements.
Thus, each Maison Borio creation embodies a dialogue between heritage and modernity, between land and architecture, where the art of preservation becomes the art of enhancement.
